  • Dungeness Crab Cakes with Caper Remoulade and Roasted Asparagus over Mixed Baby Greens
  • Asian Grilled Fillet of Salmon with Pesto Aioli and Broccoli Raab over Citrus Almond Cous Cous
  • Grilled Porterhouse Steak with Twice Baked Potato and Creamed Spinach Gratin
  • Cider Brined Pork Chop with Gala Apple Chutney, Roasted Ciopollini Onions, and Sweet Potato Puree
  • Spinach and Ricotta Tortellini with Prosciutto, Peas and Asparagus in a light Gorgonzola Cream Sauce with Asiago Cheese Bread
