As a native Northern Californian, I am thrilled and fortunate to have been born and raised in such a bountiful and copious region of the world: Sonoma County. I take great pride in taking advantage of the abundance this area has to offer and cant imagine residing anywhere else.
I have always envisioned creating beautiful food for enthusiastic and appreciative clients. My passion for cooking is long lived. It began for me before I could reach the counter. Following in my grandmothers foot steps, cooking was ingrained in me at an early age when I began experimenting in my mothers kitchen. Starting with a small 2 year cooking course, I then went on to complete the intense program of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. After years in professional kitchens, I decided to pursue an endeavor of my own, and soon became a member of the American Personal Chef Association. My food philosophy is simply to use the freshest local ingredients; the least amount of time between the ground and the table, the better. I want to bring my knowledge, integrity and ability into your kitchen to make your life easier and a little more delicious. Allow me to give you A Gift of Thyme.
