Letter from C.S.: ��..I have had the pleasure of working with Veronica�..We had a great experience working with [her]��.. Not only is she really easy to work with, but her food is fantastic!......We wanted her to do a holiday event for us but she was out of town at the time of our party otherwise we would have hired her again. The event we had Veronica cater was a smallish (20 heads) 50th B-day party for my husband up at Sea Ranch. Because it was a smallish event I was concerned about the vibe introduced by the cater and staff - both Veronica and her assistance were so friendly, cooperative, helpful and unobtrusive. They were a great addition/compliment to our party. They arrived with plenty of time to prepare everything and were so great about cleaning up as they went along. The kitchen never looked overrun or out of control - actually, quite the opposite. The food was amazing ��.We were so impressed that each person's filet was done to perfection as requested upon their being seated. We did not have any kids in our group - but I have no doubt that kid food would not be a problem for Veronica and Co. We had a really great experience and are looking forward to using Veronica's services in the future. As noted, she was extremely professional and easy to work with - I changed my mind about a couple things along the way (including my head count) and it was no problem at all.
